I just wanted to take the time to let you know how impressed I am with your wait staff. I am a regular movie goer at the Sanford theater and the wait staff remembered me by name and what I like to order. They take time to chat with me about the movies and about my experiences at Smitty's.
It's nice to have a place to go where I am thought of and cared for. It's a plus for your customer service. I appreciate the attentiveness and it keeps me coming back. Give your wait staff a pat on the back! Good job....

I just wanted to say what a great time we all had at my daughter's birthday

class "Movies In America" the past semester. I cannot tell you how grateful
we have been to have June as our very accommodating host and usher. The

Dear Christine and Wait Staff at Smitty's Cinema in Biddeford,
Thanks you so very much for the wonderful experience we had on Sunday, March 5th. It was well above our highest expectations. Thank you Nicole! The attention to detail and catering to our every whim really made this an experience we will always cherish. The buffet was the best food we had ever tasted and the price was so very reasonable. The staff was very tentative and did an excellent job. The best part was putting 'Hadley's Birthday" over the private cinema was the finishing touches. It will make a very cherished picture with Hadley standing underneath.
Our guests of all ages thought the experience was wonderful and stated they were going to make their own arrangements in the future. They all had a good time and that made the party a complete success. Hadley and I can not say enough good things about Smitty's Cinema in Biddeford and we thank you again for a wonderful night.
