1. What movies will you have for the party?
    We can give you release dates of upcoming P.G. and G-rated movies
   
and can fully guarantee which movie the Tuesday before the party.   
    Coming Soon Dolby 3D, add $3.00 per person to the party price 
   
for a movie in 3D.

2. What time can we arrive at the theater? 
    One hour before show time.

3. What is the show time? 
    We have two matinee times on weekends and school vacation days
    when we host the parties. The first show will start sometime between
    11:30 & 1:00 and the second show (Sanford & Tilton Only) will 
    
start sometime between 3:00 & 4:00.

4. Do the movie show times stay the same from week to week? 
    No. We can’t predict show times until the day we make the schedule.
   
The start times change depending upon the length of time each
    movie runs.

5. When is the schedule made? 
    It is made every Tuesday for the movies starting that Friday and running
    until the next Thursday.

6. What can I put on my invitations for times? 
    Express to your guests that you need to speak to them again after
   
Tuesday that week to confirm the time. "R.S.V.P. Call to confirm time"
    or plan to contact them all once you know the time.

7. Do you have birthday cake or can we bring our own; do we have to
    bring plates for it, too?
 
    The ultimate package includes cup cakes with candles in them.  If you
    want bring a cake we will provide
any paper goods you will need to serve it.

8. Do I need to put down a deposit? 
   
No. To book your party we just need a little information. You will then
    receive a confirmation letter by e-mail or mail … then a call on the
    Tuesday
before the party to confirm your movie and time.  At that point
    I do take a credit card to hold the reservation. 

9. When do we pay? 
    During the movie the wait person will bring you your bill.

10. What type of payment do you take? 
      Visa, Master Debit or credit cards, or cash … no personal checks
      American Express or Discover.

11. What do I do with extra adults that want to stay at the party? 
       In order to enjoy the reserved seating you need to be part of the
       birthday package or admission is charged and there is a $5.00
       minimum order off the menu per person.  All will be charged on the
       one party check.

12. When do I have to tell you how many guests I will have
      at the party?
 
      You will need to notify the Functions Coordinator 48 hours before the
      party. Y
ou will be expected to pay for the guest count that you give us.

13. Can we bring in our own movie? 
     
Not for the times during our public showings. If you plan a private
      showing during our non-business hours, we could play your
      favorite VHS or DVD.

14. How many quests are required for a private showing? 
      20 guests during our non-business hours.
